The supervision lines co-operate so that you are always connected to the correct helpdesk. They give general information. They don't give any advice on choosing a financial product, and they won't express any opinions about the institutions that they supervise.

However, the supervision information lines will offer help by referring a question or complaint concerning an institution to the correct agency (disputes committees, ombudsmen, etc.). Supervisors do not act as arbitrators.
